Coach Sarah:
Sarah's athletic career began as a high school
cross country runner. She competed in NCAA cross country and track & field in college, under the coaching guidance
of an olympic marathon runner, and despite performance gains through college, did not see her best running until becoming
a multisport athlete. Through this experience, Sarah places a high value on multisport training and conditioning, whether
training for an individual discipline or a triathlon.
Sarah's accomplishments include competing at NCAA cross
country nationals (1999), qualifying for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships (2006) and age group nationals (2006, 2007,
2008), and USAT All-American (2006). Sarah has completed triathlon distances from sprint to ironman.
